At Reno’s Appliance, the health and safety of our customers and staff is our highest priority. With the concern over the COVID-19 “Coronavirus” spread, we have taken the following steps to keep our showroom and workplace as safe as possible:
- We have our facilities staff using EPA-registered disinfectants on all customer and employee areas, specifically on high-traffic touchpoints. We have increased the number of times daily that surfaces and areas are disinfected as part of our daily maintenance routine.
- We have instituted preventative policies for our staff, which prohibits them from working if they have any signs of illness, the possibility of exposure, or if they have returned from a high-risk area.
- We continue to encourage our customers to use our hand washing facilities while visiting us. We require our employees to wash their hands at regular intervals during the day.
- We continue to monitor this situation daily and are consulting with industry experts so we can quickly adapt or make changes as the situation develops.
